NPloysa,
That Dmax is the same one that ran at ATS. Michael Oakes (really great guy) is his name. He did not do well at Bandimere, because he did blow a head gasket on the track (Robertyoke is right). Michael was pretty excited about that trophy he won from PFI.
Not really sure about the Dodge that won the highest torque trophy. Sticks is going to take him his trophy in Denver. I don't think he is even a member here.
Everyone,
I do have to say that Tim and Jeff did a great job in the garage keeping track of everything. Tim, I think that Jeff appreciated having another guy there to help him out. He doesn't usually get any breaks at all.
Bob does need a mentor, but do you really think that he will ever give this up? I don't think so. Not until he is 6 feet under. We'll be shoving him under these trucks from his wheelchair if need be someday.
Garage thanks do go out to Bob, Richard Ebel, Mike Lockner (he was everywhere that day), Scott Hamilton, Justin (good lord, is he old enough to drive? :-laf ) and JD Myers (Ford guy). There probably were more who helped out from time to time (my hubby Alan), sorry if I left you out, but thanks.
I know that I could not have kept up in the registration tent without Mike and Tammy Lockner and Jackie Hamilton's help, not to mention Sticks. Thanks.
Also huge thanks go to Brent at Pro Street Performance, Tadd at Rocky Mountain Diesel Performance, Scott at Collins Muffler, Matt at B-2 Performance, Ryan at Blue Sun Biodiesel, Dave Jackson with the '57 Chevy Promod race car, Lithia Dodge, Ferrero Dodge, Spradley Barr Ford, Dellenback Chevrolet and of course, PFI for being there that day. The list of donation companies is very long, but I will get it up soon.
Now I'm off to start writing thank you letters!
Shay
