Consensus seems to be Jordan or Prodigy or Brakesmart. Each seems to have its own strengths - and tradeoffs. I will probably go with a Prodigy on my new rig.

brake to buy--Also I didn't fined out
until I read the owners manual that I
could have had a radio that had Sirius
XM. Will they change it, if I pay the
differance? Or should I just get the kit

All of the factory radios are compatable with Sirius (not the same as XM). You need to buy the Sirius receiver and installation kit. I had mine installed for about $270, parts and labor.



I installed the BrakeSmart controller in my new truck. I had the the Jordan in my last one. They both work fine. The BrakeSmart senses brake pressure with an electronic sensor and the Jordan uses a mechanical cable connected to the brake pedal to sense brake pressure. Jordan is about $150, and the BrakeSmart is about $350.
