This was a first fitting. About 10 or 20 degrees of the dial is not readable from the normal driving position without leaning a little to the right to see them. Right now the cubby box is a firm fit around the gauges, and the placement of the jordan precludes angling the guages left. There are no visible mounting holes anywhere and the stock look can be returned with a $20. 00 cubby box.
Only three guages could fit here without brake. But a pair of westach duals would look real cool here. The faces would not be obscured, since they read vertically through the middle, with flat mounting. I was considering a dual temp on right, a dual boost/EGT on left. Might do that later.
The dash is just like the 2G's, one screw, snap off. The screw is above the trash bag hook. Dont loose the felts or you'll have a squeek, and you can hear squeeks in the 3G.
I was hoping I could lower the A/C panel to the lower opening but the escuchion doesn't quite fit, locating pins are in the wrong place, the opening is reversed. The guages would then be in the middle. It can be done, but this is a new truck, gotta wait for a week or two. The A/C and Mirror heat buttons will be close to the opening edge.
