Those look like Walker Evans wheels to me.

The suspension appears to be KORE, based on the shcok tower appearance and the FOX remote res shocks.

I like Walker Evans wheels-- they are brutally strong and legendary in off-road racing.

I have Toyo M55s on my truck. I know those are a little different from what you are wanting, but they are Toyos. Worse set tires I have ever owned. They seem to go out of round after awhile, have to run lower air pressure to get rid of the bounce too. Handly poorly and are wearing quickly.

that isnt my truck, sorry I should have pointed that out to you. That is the KORE suspension and the walker evans wheels as were already stated. That being said I know that with a leveling kit of the KORE suspension system you should get any rubbing with the open country MT's. I had a set of the 37" on my GMC and they were a great tire, fairly quiet on the road and they wore well as long as I had the proper air pressure in them.

How odd. I have exactly the opposite to report. Wearing like iron, runs perfect down the road and handle much better than the Michelens.

I'm running them on stock wheels (16x8 factory alloy) with KORE suspension. No rubbing except at full lock. They appear to be wearing well. I've got over 10,000 miles on them and they are only about an 1/8 inch worn more than the spare (brand new). It wasn't a scientific measurement... ... ... ... ... I just stuck a penny in the treads and marked where they were.



I have not been easy on these tires. I run heavy and on rough roads. I cracked a factory aluminum wheel and there was no damage to the tire (I'm not sure exactly what happened). I've run them as low as 22 psi and as high as 60 psi. I really don't think you can go wrong with this set up.



These things are beefy. The sidewalls are way thicker than the Goodyear MT/R, and that one is significantly thicker than BFG MT. Don't get me wrong, I ran BFG's for years and loved them. I just think that the Toyo is better. I've never run Goodyear MT/R.



I'll try and find some pictures.



Based on the current tread wear, I would guess that I would get about 40,000 miles out of these. Which is about what I used to get out of my BFG's if I rotated them well.

Marek how well are those Toyos lasting?

They seem to be holding up really well. There is really only about 1/8 inch difference between the tires on the truck and the spare. I've got about 10,000 miles on the tires. I do keep them rotated about every 3000-4000 miles.

How do you like the Toyo A/Ts? Do they wear well? I'm lookin to replace my Nittos.

So far wearing good. I had the Terra Grapplers and I thought they wore pretty fast. I got about 12k out of them and they were getting thin. Part of it was a poor alignment by Four Wheel Parts(would never go back) so hard to tell how much was tire and how much was something else.

I've noticed my Nittos are wearing fairly fast, I thought they would last longer than they are. Just thought I would give the Toyos a try with some different rims. By the way, where did you get your tires?

LW what size are those welds? what backspacing? Are those weld evo's or xt's. thanks, they look sweet, i cant decide between those and the weld velocity.
