That slide-in looks VERY heavy! Looks like you could use a couple of extra leaves in your rear springs.

Not too bad really, I am just a wee tad over 12k when loaded for travel. Air bags put me back up where I need to be. The published empty weight on the sticker says 3790 lbs.

There are a number with slides these days, Lance and Okanagan as well as Host. This is the cheapie model (if you can call just over 50k cheap), their fancy one has three slides! We have put on 17k miles since last October, and we just love it.

When we head east, Cokeville, Wyoming is just about as far as my old body wants to go in a day so we overnight at the Flying J. This picture is taken beside a newer, wide-body Airstream that I wanted to compare mine to.

Unlike Don/TX, my '03 Lance 1121 truck camper has only one slide out. I ordered it with every option that could be factory installed plus some special unlisted factory options. Truck and camper have served us well for over 30K miles.
