Well, I have the radiator out of my truck for rod-out and repair so I figured I'd pop the front cover and address the KDP. I found not one thing wrong. The KDP was seated (I did stake it though) and all bolts were tight. Just thought I'd share.

Cool. I had to seat mine back in all of the way. Had loose case bolts, too.

The KDP service ..... etc. is so dern easy you'll wonder why you didn't to it long ago. Besides that, you are afforded the perfect time to change-out coolant/hoses etc. etc. and aquire that peace of mind u mentioned.



Now someone just has to figure out how we can incorporate a urea tank on these trucks.
