I can find no mention of those in FSM for my 04, 96 or 91. What torque? Do they have a gasket or silicon seal?

The J jet piston cooling nozzles have a torque value of 133in-lb. (15 N.M), per page 1-159 in the ISBe, ISB, QSB service manual Vol. 1.

The ones I have installed have not had any type of seal or o-ring, just the banjo bolt clamps the J jet against the block.

Also believe the 12v and VP 24v didn't have these J jets anyways.

These are bolt types and RAM FSM just doesn't mention them anywhere I've I've looked. Thanks for the help.

Which year engine are you working on? The 04 has a different style than the 96 and 91.

If it’s the 04 I can’t find the torque in my 05 FSM. The 96 and 91 won’t have a torque as they use saddle coolers that just press in.
