I now have the my #11 TST plate installed as well as the AFC spring kit. From reading the turbo should be capable of making 36psi of boost, I have the 215 stock H. P. , but the best boost that the turbo has created is 32psi and the EGT, before turbo, reaches about 1000 degrees @85 mph. I usually run out of running room due to slow vehicles and then stop signs. I checked the fuel pressure tonight and at idle it is 17 - 18 psi at 2000 to 2200 rpm's the fuel pressure is at 28 psi. Does the fuel pressure sound ok or is the fuel pressure barely in the limits?

Ck'd all innercooler boots and connections?

Overflow valve? I think your psi is a little low. . how fresh is the fuel filter.

If you are only able to check the fuel psi after the filter and you have recently changed the filter you should have a max of 5psi drop across the filter head. 22 is good at idle with a clean filter, I've seen more and less. . but food for thought.

Make sure you don't have any boost leaks with the short line at the afc housing and leak free boost line to elbow etc.

You might need to adjust the boost orifice elbow, if it's bleeding off early. One way to tell is block the wastegate line and go for a test spin, boost go up? Please reconnect the elbow, to avoid potential overboosting.

If the boost checks and the fuel psi all check out. Slide the plate forward . 015 and try it. I wouldn't slide it forward of stock more than about . 030, but its your truck.

Also, you might check the torq. on the exhaust manifold and the turbine housing to manifold connections.
