There was a suggestion in another thread that there might be a port for installing a 727 A/T temperature guage instead of having to cut and adapt into the outgoing oil cooler line. I see 2 plugged off ports on the passenger side of my 727, one at the rear facing the rear of the truck, and one at the front pointing diagonally to the right front of the truck - would either of those be the ones for a temp sensor - and how accurate WOULD such a point be for sensor installation, compared to cutting the hot oil line leaving the transmission?
