Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) Potentiometer

In tdr # 85 they talked how to use a potentiometer but did not say how you set it or is there a voltage setting . Would like more information on how to make it work.

Do a "Search" using the word "potentiometer" and restrict it to '94-'96 12 valve section. You should find many pages of information to "sift" through. Several years ago, there were articles in the TDR magazine about substituting a potentiometer in place of the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS). I don't remember and unfortunately don't have a record with the specific dates of the magazines. Good luck!
