Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Power Outlet Fuse

Can anyone tell me where the fuse for the 12 volt power outlet is at? Mine went dead and I can't find it. The tech manual is a little vague.

It in the power control box under the hood on the drivers side. Black plastic box. Pop the top off and there is a fuse diagram under the cover. -Glen
