I have 3 of them, all in my plow trucks. Keep in mind you are installing a locker type differential, you should know this going in,there will be some driveability changes to the way it reacts, and behaves. I can live with mine's bad habits,my wife drives out 95 S Blazer daily, and doesnt complain at all,the days of one wheel peel are over, the good highly outweighs the bad,I need traction when plowing,I havent gotten anything buried since i put them in,with these powertrax units,my trucks are almost unstoppable in snow, mud, and even with one rear wheel in the air, doesnt matter the other will dig and chew right up and over the obstical. It sounds like 24v-dsle tried to us his for street strip performance,I dont think it shines for that,a clutch type posi would be better for that application, but for a 4x4 that pushes, pulls, and works in 4wd for 100-300 hrs a winter,it is the ultimate for the buck, and ease of installation.
