I have a pricol egt gauge on my truck. I have had it since 03. I went out to start the truck the gauge is stuck on 350 degrees. It still works but it will not return back to zero even after letting it set all night.

I've only owned a set of DiPricol gauges for two years. They were on my '06 and I kept them to install on my cab and chassis. Mine are not as old or "experienced" as yours so I can't comment on their lifespan but I do know that they are very sensitive to a proper ground and, I assume, good connections on all wiring.

I would try carefully checking every wiring connnection looking for a high resistance connection or a poor ground.

I have the DiPricol gauges and my EGT never returns to zero as they have air cores and stay where the last reading was at shutdown. I had similar problems and mine ended up needing its own separate ground. I had to ground it to a firewall bolt--anway from any electrical "noise. " Ground it at a bolt that has no other ground wires attached. Test for function by making a jumper wire from ground at gauge straight to battery, if it settles down--then that ID's your problem/solution. If that doesn't fix it, a new gauge and or probe may be in order. Had another DiPricol EGT gauge that went haywire and it ended up being a faulty probe (the parts guy swore up and down that probes never go bad)--he got real quiet when the gauge acted perfect after a new probe install! Good luck!
