With the PrimeLoc, changing the fuel filter is a snap. Use the new seals that come with the new filter, fill the new filter with fresh diesel before you put it on, and you are done! A strap wrench should suffice to remove the old filter.
Oh, yes, one more thing. Drain out some fuel (by pushing up on the water-in-fuel sensor on the bottom of the filter) to reduce spillage and be sure to remove the water-in-fuel sensor before you remove the filter -- I guess that's obvious, isn't it.
