my '94 *real truck* came with a prime-loc fuel filter relocation kit thanks to the original owner. i am ready to change the filter, but have no instructions. is it a biggy to change or a piece of cake? thanks for your input... . cya

With the PrimeLoc, changing the fuel filter is a snap. Use the new seals that come with the new filter, fill the new filter with fresh diesel before you put it on, and you are done! A strap wrench should suffice to remove the old filter.

Oh, yes, one more thing. Drain out some fuel (by pushing up on the water-in-fuel sensor on the bottom of the filter) to reduce spillage and be sure to remove the water-in-fuel sensor before you remove the filter -- I guess that's obvious, isn't it. #ad

radixr... thanks for your input... i can be mechanically challenged sometimes... and granny's bra i know had to come from j. c. penny or sears... thanks again for the advice #ad
