I am not trying to start a war but It just might happen. I am trying to weed out the BS with the customer support. I have personally dealt with some very bad customer support and that’s turned me away from ever buying another product from that company or company’s. I understand that there are customers that try to get away with things and not always tell the truth to the company why or how it broke to get it covered. But when you have a company or vender that feed you a line of BS just to get you off the phone that there in it’s self is a bunch of BS! Or try to tell you that it’s your parts that are bad when Damn well you know that they are just fine. Let me just say this I will not be buying a FASS SYSTEM for my truck!
