ProGuard7 replacement cost

I am looking at swapping filters in my afe stage 1 intake to a proguard7 filter. I was quoted 94. 00 for the filter and 39. 00 for the pre-filter from afe themselves. Is this the going rate for this filter? It seems a little steep, but I thought I better get your opinions.

mr. bob's distributing had the best price when I looked at upgrading. He had the filter, pre filter, and a cleaning recharge kit for something around 124? I can't recall it's been awhile.

I will have to find out if that included the recharge kit. If it did then it is in the ball park @ 133. 00.

He prices are cheap on AFE products and he handles just the filters a la carte.

I looked at the site and they didn't seem to have the filter sold separately from a complete system. I already have the stage 1 system just want to replace the filter. Thanks for the help though.

I have purchased just the cone filters over the phone from them for very reasonable prices.

I just got a new pre filter from Mr Bob's Distributing. Ordered on Christmas Eve and got it on Monday after Christmas... Heck of a nice guy... . told me about a new all silicone hose kit he will soon have available, heater, radiator & boost hoses with all stainless clamps and bolts..... best of all it will be in BLUE !!!

I think that's about what I paid for a PG7 element from Genos a while back, give or take a few bux. I'm very happy with the filter itself, however I feel the prefilter was a bit of a ripoff (I could have stretched a pair of my ol' ladys' pantyhose over the thing and it would have accompished the same end, for a LOT less $$$ ).
