I'd appreciate folks sharing their perspective on going to a set of the 19. 5 inch Dual Designs forged aluminium wheels. I've read the positives; higher load rating, greatly extended tire life, damn good looking, etc. . But I want to know, what possible downsides are there. How much do these wheels and tires weigh versus the stock setup? How does changing the un-sprung weight affect handling and suspension performance/life. Any suspension upgrades appropriate? Thanks a bunch, I wouldn't be having as much fun with this truck without y'all.

Cons, from what I hear, is the ride is somewhat harsher. Also braking power is reduced a little (same physics as higher gearing) and certainly there will be an increase in unsprung weight which will add stress to all suspension components, but I doubt the impact would be significant. Not as much weight as the Rickson setup, they are much heavier than stock and I wouldn't go that route.
