<font color = blue> Rick, I'm seriously considering the Psychotty, but you mention the noticeable "whistle" and I was wondering how objectional #ad
the increased noise level is and how much of that finds its way into the cab... ?

Thanks <font color = black>

John,at first I didn't like the increase in cab noise, but have now learned to love it,you only really notice it at high boost. Just make sure your silencer ring is in place before installing the Psychotty.

JohnMcIntyre,

The whistle is of course from the turbo spooling up. It is more pronounced with Scott's system due to the fact that the inlet to the induction system right behind the glove box. For some the whistle is annoying for others its sweet music. Its something that you have to make that decission for your self. If you install Scott's system, remove the ring and drive it for a few days and see what you think. If you don't like the sound, re install the ring. Even with the ring in place you will get some in-cab noise(air rush) during pulling conditions. If you notice my sign. , I have the ring out and I have 3" straight pipe, now that I have driven it with this setup, I can't see why I ddin't do it earlier. You might find someone close to you that has the induction system and take a ride and see if you like it. For the price of the induction system and the straight pipe,I got great results in performance!!!!

Rick
