Pusher Pump Installed

My truck has always had a low whine to it at idle and higher rpm's until engine noise covered it up. I have heard some trucks with it and some with out. Dealers have heard it as well. No help there. After pusher pump was installed it seemed like the noise was more pronounced so I dropped the voltage to the pusher pump and it was almost like stock with the pusher giving about 5lbs of pressure. Makes me think that my whine is maybe fuel related. Have 38k on the truck. Pusher bypass is with a check valve so no bypass flow unless running with pusher off. Anybody else experience anything like this? Especially the whine. Do not think it is turbo related at all. Thanks - Dean

Sorry I can't help on the noise, but I was interested in your pusher by-pass, Diagram or parts list? I'm getting ready to install my pusher and would like to have a bypass. Thanks

The whine you are hearing is coming from the heater line it needs an orfice see your dealer they have a TSB on it.
