On a more serious note... .
STOP THE FLASH!
Really.
I don't need to see nifty flowing graphics. What I do need to see is what you have to offer. And frankly, even on a 1. 8kbps DSL circuit, I gave up. And I'm not interested in listening to your music, either. I like listening to mine, and don't force it on you. Yes, I know there's a button to turn it off. It shows up rather significantly after I sit through the opening animation and the track starts.
Your daughter does what a lot of folks do. And just because you can do a thing doesn't mean you SHOULD do a thing. The idea is to showcase Triple D Performance. It shouldn't be showcasing her web design and graphics skills. Animations are all well and good to show stuff in motion. But the backdrops and pages simply are an annoyance. On a high speed link, these pages should just pop onto the screen. There is no value in making the client wait for the page to do some on a completely artificial basis.
I spent far more time than necessary just to see a paragraph telling me Triple D does, and who it gets product from. And watching a white polygon grow and sprawl. And the text fade up from the background. I have no desire to see that. Just show me what you do. If you have something that needs motion, such as an animated injection pump (to show how it work,) that's a good thing.
I just timed the "About us" page. Roughly 8-9 seconds to display. For *VERY* little content. My impression is that every page is taking about the same time.
And another pointer... ... Just as a test, I reloaded the page (looking at the products page. ) And was forced to sit through the complete opening animation. Bad idea.
I'm not trying to be offensive, sir. But your website is the very epitome of poor design. And while it may not be your design, it *DOES* reflect on your business. Quite frankly, the only reason I'd even consider doing business at this point with TripleD is because you *ARE* paying attention.
