The issue of product satisfaction and representation is one that crops up here fairly often - a guy gets a product that is defective, or fails to perform as advertised or expected - and the buyer seeks help. If he gets assistance that satisfies HIM, all is well - but that same "solution" may well NOT satisfy another customer with differing standards or expectations.

It's just part of living, and buying and selling - and often, both the majority of obviously satisfied buyers, AND the unhappy ones, are both right. It's only when there is evidence of a high percentage of the unhappy customers that the bells start ringing and flags flapping - and even THAT percentage will vary across the spectrum of buyers from any given seller or product.

In any event, as a potential customer for a wide variety of stuff for my own truck, I *DO* pay attention to buyer reports, both good AND bad - and I do value those reports as additional guidance for transactions I myself might get involved in. ;)

After all, if you're traveling across country, and stop for driving directions, and learn there are 2 different roads ahead that will take you to the same destination - but one is rough and winding - but the other is straight and smooth, which one would YOU choose? :-laf:-laf

It's not about "popularity contests for vendors", but more of a scorecard or roadmap for buyers who otherwise must fly blind...

Very well said. I do not intend to scare anyone away from quadzilla. I only intend to let all who care to read my story, know what happened with ME. You all can decide for yourself, as I have stated MANY times over.

I am not bashing. What I am doing is relaying my ON-GOING experience with quadzilla. I am not going to name names in his organization on this post. I have PM'd quad and mentioned names and what he intends to with that info is his business. Perhaps I was wrong when I assumed this site, among many other uses, is to be a sort of feedback rating for manufacturers.

There have been many, many positive posts about quad on this very thread. Buyers are getting two sides to this story. As we all know, there are two sides to EVERY story.

Good luck to all who enjoy driving their CTD and seek to enhance/monitor it's performance. I don't want to get into a name calling war and be forced to choose sides on every stupid issue. The members have all been very helpful on this site, even quad. (Some have been incredibly generous also!) I hope this issue is resolved this time and I am sure it will be as quad has guaranteed me that he will take care of it.

Happy Monday to everyone!!:D

Wyo,

We need the good, as well as the bad. I don't think you were bashing at all; you relayed your facts, and it's up to us the members to make our decisions, based on your facts. Keep it up. My take is that, if the problem indeed lies with customer service, then it should be remedied to prevent similar problems with other customers. Until that time, I'm holding off on any purchases.

This particular person is not employed with Quadzilla any longer.

Just FYI, update.

Now thats stand up! Did you do the firing yourself? Anytime in my past when I worked for the "man" it seemed there was always one bad apple in a bunch. It always made my job seem stressful. Now that Im self employed I dont worry about it. The only drama I hear is when my hired guy gets or looses a new girlfriend. Ive figured out if you take good care of employees and screen them closely you will have more like a family and people who care about your success.
