I Guess Quadzilla Doesn't Need Anymore Business???
There is no way I would make a purchase commitment when the supplier I am inquiring with about their products doesn't have the courtesy to respond to my e-mails or give me a call. I have e-mailed Quadzilla Performance Technologies Inc. once in April and TWICE this month with my checkbook open and ready for the purchase of a power module (Quadzilla XZT Towing Module in particular). You think they would be just slightly interested. I guess Quadzilla doesn't need my hard-earned American bucks. And, God forbid I should have a problem with their product after my purchase like so many of you out there have mentioned . . . where the h-e-double hockysticks would their service/support be? I don't have a good feeling about these folks. They need to take a lesson from Geno's Garage, DieselManor and KORE, all of which consistently demonstrate prompt and excellent customer service IMHO.
For all of you out there with Quadzilla products, I hope they serve you well, 'cause I'm certainly not experiencing the responsiveness many of you have mentioned in various posts.
Congratulations, Quadzilla . . . you've just lost the trust of a potential customer.
