Question about posting photos?

I posted a pic of my 69 Charger in another thread and after that when I go to post somethin there is a message at the bottom that says I am not allowed to post attachments. My questions is was I out of line posting the first one or are we not allowed to post pics on the board. I didn't see anything in the usage guidelines and was wondering.
