Question about remote battery disconnect

Has anyone messed with Intelletic remote battery disconnect or have any experience with them? I figured it would be a quality product since it is a General Dynamics company.

I want to install this in my offroad vehicle. I need a remote battery disconnect because I want to be able to shut off power to the battery when I'm upside down(just in case I roll over).



Any other remote battery disconnects that you've tried? Does anyone make a cable acutated one?



Also, how many amps will a chevy 350 motor pull? I have a Warn 8274-50 winch and may hook up a Premier Power Welder in the future.
