Getting Shafted By D-C?

Just purchased Moog parts #k992, to correct camber settings, but parts came with NO installation instructions at all. Anyone know torque specs for big nut, as well as which way bottom plate goes on? I noticed hole is off center-so has to go one way or the other.

Any way to set camber good enough to get it to shop-or just let shop install?

Hey john hear is what I have for you. As far as the torque goes it will depend on witch set up you get(ther was a TRW unit-old style and the Moog new style)the TRW will have a small nut (5/8) and it will get torqued to 80-100 ft lbs and the MOOG new style will have a large nut (1 1/16 ) and will get torqued to 60-70 ft lbs both units have the four bolts that hold the plate on and thay will get torqued to 70-90 ft lbs. The plate will have a arow stamped in the edge and it will point to the wheel. I hope this helps you out.

moog steering install

Yep-that's what I needed-but the plates I have don't have any arrows stamped on them. I guess mine are the old style, they have stamped on them:'Ingalls 600' model 60monobeam. Any way I probably can figure which way it goes once I pull it apart. I guess if the wheels are real crooked it must go the other way :-laf Thanks a lot for your help. If I run into any problem I'll let you know. I've already repalced upper and lower parts and hoped that would take care of it but camber was still out a little. So these should do the trick. ;)
