First off, thanks in advance for the help.
I am just back from my second year in Iraq and want to get my 01 2500 sport back to running in great shape. My wife drove the truck "occasionally" during the year to keep it in good shape--trip meter read 520 miles. It seems to be running and shifting fine(has an auto, is 4x4) so I am not too worried, but want to do some preventative maintenance and a few upgrades while I am at it. I changed the oil and filters(new fleetguards), installed new batteries due to corrosion on the factory batteries I still had, and lubbed the grease points. Here are the questions I have.
1. I have heard synthetic 75-140 is the oil for the front and rear diffs. Any good ideas on where to get this for a reasonable cost?
2. I bought ATF+4 for the transfer case(never been changed, truck has 105K miles, I am second owner), and noticed that the drain plug will dump the fluid right on the skid plate and make a mess. Any good ideas to prevent this from happening.
3. I get Diesel Power magasine in addition to TDR and was looking at the add from RPM outlet. They have a package with a 4" aluminized Motoblue turbo-back exhaust with tip and either a K&N, AEM, or S&B air filter kit. Anyone out there have experience with these items and/or comments. Seems really inexpenisve overall and I am concerned I will get what I pay for so to speak. Also, thoughts on the intake. All come with new tubes and, as a former long-time 5. 0 mustang owner I am partial to K&N, but this might not be best for a diesel.
#4: I have a Westach Fuel pressure gauge already and the lift pump is still sitting at 10-12 PSI at idle, though I got the $70 cummins pump kit at the local freightliner dealer in Temple that I saw discussed on the forum here and plan to use the geno's re-location kit to mount. Any thoughts on that one also.
Last question: I am the second owner of the truck. I changed the transmission fluid and filter about 15K ago so that is good, but I am pretty sure the coolant is factory Dodge. I am considering doing the long life red stuff when I change it unless this is a bad idea for the Dodge. Thoughts?
Thanks in advance for the help and comments.

I have no idea how to make a signature so I will list my truck basics here.
01. 5 Ram(4 wheel disc brakes) 2500 Sport quad cab, 4x4, auto, only mods so far are the fuel pressure gauge and a re-located breather bottle, but plan to do more.
