Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Radiator fan clutch

I don't know if its just me or what but it seems the clutch starts grabbing soon after engine reaches 180 degrees. It starts to roar!! In the past i don't think it engaged until the motor was running for quite some time or if the AC was on and it was hot out. Whats up with that??

Thats the problem. Went to extend blow by hose and loose the bottle. When I was finished looked at front of radiator and it is plugged up. I am going to use some degreaser on it and let it soak and then pressure wash it. Hopefully that will take care fo it. I would hate to have to remove the radiator to do it. Want kind of engineering is that with the blow by bottle anyway? :{
