Friend has (99) TD truck.

Went to flush radiator, and now that cheesey petcock is leaking.

Does any one have any idea's--with out us having to (super glue the thing, to get it to stop leaking, we tried some teflon tape, to kinda make a O-ring, no go!

thanks for any help.

You can buy a replacement petcock valve (the part that turns with the sealing washer) from online Dodge dealers for under $10.

Do you want me to look up the part number for you to pass along?

Best regards,

That leak can usually fixed by replacing the o-ring. I have an assortment on hand for those pesky lil jobs. Hardly worth a trip to a parts house an assortment can be bought in the $15 range

The Dodge part number for the radiator draincock plug is: 52028466AB

For comparison shopping, the price at mopar-wholesale online is $5. 92. They're a dealer in Florida selling parts about 30% below retail.
