I noticed in your sig you list a capped relief valve. Are you now switching back and installing the relief valve? (Actually that seems the obvious as you bought one). Have you experienced something with the cap that concerns you and is motivating you to re-install the valve?
I obtained the cap kit, kind of an insurance policy in case mine sticks open and I have to cap it to get rail/fuel pressure so the truck will run in the intrim until I could get the valve R&R.
I have wondered what the long-term effects to other parts of the fuel system down line might be if I put the kit on and just left it, not bothering with an R&R of the valve. My truck is stock, no boxes or performance additions, nothing that would crank-up the fuel demands or supply.
