Thanks for all the great advice you guys are awsome. As dangerous as that truck is going to be
once i get that camper on it im going to have to smoke a lot of pot and drink a lot of cheep beer
when ever i go driving in it. Other wise ill just be to freeked out to leave the dang ol yard.

I believe i would also need a few "numbing agents " to drive that setup with my family on board also.

I wonder if he really tows the trailer that is in the one picture. You can see an extended hitch under the camper in one photo. That would put him WAY over the GCWR and rear axle rating of the truck!

I think he should have bought a Lance for a 8' bed AND

Wife's: 2001 2500, 4x4, Quad cab, LB, Blue, SLT, Auto, 3.54s, edge Juice, 275s, AFE intake, MBRP 4' exh., BD transmission Kit. Much Zoom Zoom

Let her haul it!!!!

Let me tell you city boys and girls, Safety is all about the
Driver.

Safety is all about the Driver.

And the decisions they make... You Sir are FAR from safe.

It doesn't matter how safe you drive if your loaded beyond safe limits. The weakest link is always the weakest link, and in this case the hardware is the weakest link which is even weaker than your decision making skills.

Hey, he thinks small web ratchet straps are enough to hold the old truck on the trailer, cut him a little slack from picking grapes or apples in the Yakima Valley!

I wonder if anyone ever reads the ratings on those small ratchet straps?????

Snoking

This truck is not rated for this if you look at the tag on the door jamb.......and yes, that is two trailers. On occasion it would haul three.

Moderately to grossly overloaded is the order of the day in my area. We know what will stand up and what won't....

Yup us city folk are nuts. And it's all fun an games until someone looses an eye. Does it work I'm sure as the pics show it works just fine. However should you ever have an accident and the other party involved get's one of those City Lawyer folk and they start looking into your rig, even if it's the other party's fault as that BMW blew the light or cut you off. And they find you over weight and a truck being used in a manor not as it was intended to be used. They will own everything you love and care about and spent your life working hard for. City lawyers are a funny breed an not one's to be messed with.
