Rattle after turbo clean & new exhaust

Has anyone experienced a rattle at startup after having the turbo cleaned and/or exhaust components replaced (DPF/Nox)?



The rattle sounds like pipes hitting the frame only when starting the truck up, just when the starter kicks the engine over. So far no pipes hitting anything, but thought I'd ask in case anyone might know. Thanks.

Did you remove the DPF/NOx stuff and got a straight pipe? If so the rattle is normal especially if you are using a programmer.

Rattle stopped but wasn't an ignition rattle. Just going to drive it like it is. New to Dodge, was considering a 5. 9 but reading that forum looks like it could be a crap shoot on mileage as well. Some get decent economy, but how do you guarantee it?

I know quite a few guys are doing the DPF and EGR delete and getting significant mpg (4-6mpg) increase with an MP-8 programmer added.
