I've owned my truck since new so needless to say i've seen several different reactions to the smoke , it dose'nt smoke bad but you know how it is when summer comes around and it gets hot (little more smoke) some people hit the brakes , some try to drive around it :) but the other day I saw a first which did make me laugh this guy put his wipers on , guess he thought maybe since this works with fog ? I don't know :-laf anyway this is with the edge comp off , if I turn it on and hit level 5 it's all over.

Wipers, Can't say I seen that one yet. I don't purposely smoke people out unless they are tailgating. I try to avoid it because of the cops, yet it happens. Still I have a big smile on my face when I pass a prius on the the interstate towing a big trailer.

Seems that whenever anyone is tailgating I am in my Jeep.

When I am in my truck very few tailgate. I wonder why?

There used to be a long running thread on this board somewhere called "Great Smoke Stories" or something of the like. Might be interesting to pull that up on a search.

Yea I typically don't do it on purpose either , but you gotta admit when you lay down a cloud especially on a calm day (no wind) it does get intresting :)

My favorite smoke story of all time involved a single stack and demonstrating Berkeley students. The TDR member who posted it happened upon them and decided to provide a demonstration of his own. He dialed the box up to level 5, threw it in 5th gear and did a 15mph roll-by with a heavy foot. Obscenities filled the air as students dove headlong into bushes, still clutching their signs, desperately trying to avoid the billowing spectacle. The angle-cut stack was conveniently angled to the right. He completely completely cleared the sidewalk of demonstrators and replaced them with smoke. Then as I recall he circled the block again, and when they saw him coming they didn't give him a second chance- they scattered like chickens before he got a chance at Round Two.

I thought his post was in the Smoke Stories thread but I didn't find it, I think it was in another thread and try as I might I never could find it again.
