Attention: TDR Forum Junkies

Thanks, TDR Staff

Competition Who sells a drop in or long block?

Competition MY name is Earl....

Are the outlaw and the TWD classes still going to be "in the rule book" I thought that would be two fun classes to watch. But it appears that no one wanted to build in that direction.

It was not schieds pumps haveing the major sticking problem. And like sleddy said one thing that helps schied is he is a major contributor and has helped this sport make leaps and bounds. And severs I would still consider a 2 wheel drive class.

pumps

Not getting on anybodies side here.

But i am pretty sure that all pump suppliers. schied and columbus included had major pump issues this year. I saw alot of S company pumps in open trucks having problems just as often as i saw c company pumps

1) NO. You'll be told when they are ready, and not before.

Then why does Miller have his truck down for a big driveline? You said he was going to Super Street, I have seen zero publications about 2007 DHRA Super Street allowing the big driveline? :D

I was on the scheid website the other day and saw items with the following description.

"Insight to 2007 DHRA rules" $500

"Special treatment for 2007 dhra pulls" $1500

"2007 rules to be catered to your truck" $2500

"Rules to be catered to screw someone else truck" $5000

"Rules to screw a truck from a competitors shop" Priceless. :D

I thought I saw in the fine print that these items were included with the purchase of a pulling truck. :-laf :-laf :--)

I'm giddy like a school girl with anticipation. I'm so excited that I have to sit on my hands just so I don't wave at everyone. :D

2) The only people that get catered to are the majority of the pullers. Of which, I'm fairly certain, you are not.

Wow all that coming from a guy that also doesn't pull! :-laf I'd like to call myself a silent investor however the silent part could be argued.

How come Miller has his truck down for a big driveline? You said he was going to Super Street, I have seen zero publications about 2007 DHRA Super Street allowing the big driveline?

Don't question the great and powerful OZ, he gets angry and you'll be reprimanded and forced to sit in the corner. :D :-laf

I hear that Johnny Cash tune... Cry, Cry,Cry!

You have no idea, how much entertainment I get out of you clowns, crying about phantoms!!!!! :-laf

All the points pullers have a special number to call to get rules updates before they are published.

I thought you guys would be jumping up and down with glee that Miller is leaving the Street class??? But no, you just shift gears and whine about something else.

I use to think Lorretta Mitchell didn't need to put on her website schedule by every pull: "No Whining". How right she was/is. :p

Its called speculation thats what makes good compeditors great. After all DHRA isnt the only game in town.

I don't agree with your first sentence, but I like the second one. Don't forget, the DHRA is the only pulling org. that I know of, that ENCOURAGES you to pull other places, and allows our rules to be used.

Do you guys complain this much to PPL, ISTPA, FPP, OSTPA,etc?

Who writes your rules in Michigan, Jerrod? Tomac?

He's not kidding, he really does enjoy playing on TDR. In fact here is a pic from his webcam from a few minutes ago.

West side of the state I have a big hand in it, East side Tomacs play a big part.

The pullers vote on rules over on the East side of the state but the TTPA board has final say on them which is why we can't hang weights even though everyone in the class wants to.
