I have experienced it several times now while towing my empty Jayco 30'5th. 8000# 11,500 full.
While in 3rd, just after upshifting from second, between 1500-2000 RPM, the truck and trailer begin SEVERE jerking back and forth, as if its a tug of war, or excessive slack in the drive train that begins and wont stop, until I let off on the fuel... .
The other day I had to slow down to 2nd gear range to start all over again. If I put my foot hard into the throttle, it seems not to do it as much... but still does. .
I've been driving since i was 11, way back when , and have never had this happen before. . Ok, ok, don't tell me I'm getting too old to drive!!!(40)
Has anyone had this problem before? thanks in advance. Ed
