2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Rear Sway Bar

I am comparing roadmaster to hellwig rear swaybars. Roadmaster is more than double the price. Anyone have experience with either product.

I had a Helweig installed on my 98 12v 2 wheel drive trying to solve the wandering problem. I could tell the difference but it did not cure the wandering. Later on by reading TDR I learned Dodge put the wrong ratio steering box in some of our Rams and if you have read my posts on here you know that changing the box to a box with the right ratio cured the wandering.

I am more interested in installing this to reduce body roll.

I don't know enough about it to comment further but the old saying "you get what you pay for" comes into play here.

Jesse, can you describe the body roll you are experiencing. I am not familiar with that and I am curious if this is what I am experiencing also. I don't have a problem with steering wander, but on a subpar road, It feels like the truck is floating and shifting around.

I have the hellwig. it works GREAT! However, the installation instructions blew goats!

i also have the helwig rear, does what it's supposed to helped a lot, didnt have much of any prob putting it on. Really controlled the sway with camper on and could tellthe diff empty too!!
