Rebuilding Dynatrac ball joints

What is involved with installing the rebuild kit in the Dynatrac ball joints? I know the axles need pulled, but what beyond that? Are ball joint press tools required? Thanks.

Nope, they are rebuilt within the axle. That's the big benefit of them.
I think I've seen the manual for it once as a PDF to download.

With any ball joint work you are going to have to pull the wheel, brakes, rotors, hub bearing, steering knuckle and axle shaft. That procedure mentions pressing out something but they don't show a press not sure about tools? Looks like they are doing it with hammers.

Thanks guys. It does look like everything has to come apart to the point of removing the knuckle. That's pretty much a given. Has anyone actually done the job?
