Hey Guys, Thanks for the nice words I didnt think this thread would get this much attention. Hopefully none of you or your trucks go threw this, I know many of you have been threw things like this but after this i dont screw around on the road, Just too many idiots out there, and the worst thing is some of these people just do not care about what happens... The kid that hit me was talking about the accident at a party and was saying all these things about the accident and was saying how he didnt even care about it, and how hes mad because he cant graduate high school because he got fired off of work program,bla bla bla. Yeah i feel bad to a certain point but why would you drive 60 mph in a 20 @ 3:20 pm when kids are just getting out of school there riding there bikes, there out on the streets!!! Im just glad i had a big truck and was safe, Like ive said before, The police officer said if i had a small car i would be dead... Even worse what if it was a kid on the bike and that happen ... Thank god things werent worse. . In the end i will be ok thats what matters.

Was the deer negligent?



Whats wrong with wanting the the wreckless driver to be held responsible for their actions?

I am sorry you got creamed. The last wreck I had I took 3 days off work and went to the local Hotsprings and soaked and relaxed for three days. Hooking up the travel trailer was not fun with all the aches I had but it was worth it to soak for 6+ hours a day in mineral hot pools (hint hint hint).



I was not in the truck but my RIP 98 Saturn totaled had burns from the airbags that felt real "nice" ouch in the hot water but my body felt way better after three days. I like Ibuprofen 200 1 Tablet every 4-6 hours.



You usually need to work through the pain nothing ever seems to knock it out totally except addictive narcotics. Try the hotsprings!! they usually let you soak allday for less than 10 bucks you might not get the insurance to pay but who gives a rip when it's your body thats what's important.



Get the truck fixxed then have a dealer look at it to make sure it's all up to snuff before signing the case close papers... ... .

Nick, 60 mph in a 20 zone at 3:20pm with kids around makes the driver a Moron!--a dangerous moron who should have his license revoked for awhile. Nothing like walking and taking the bus to make a guy think!
