Yes I am going to find out what the rules are as far as the welding goes. The guy I have to do the job is certified and I am confident he will do it right but I do need to know what "right" is

Nowel and I raced in Vegas he was about 13. 0's and was 13. 7's... both of us were way off our normal number... . he had to hit the bottle to get her into the high 12's
