Good afternoon everybody, I'm going to see about getting some more power this weekend. Actually, I was going to do it today, but the boost reference banjo bolt snapped when I went to remove it, so I put the project on hold until I could get a new one. Are there any other fragile parts that are likely to break when I do the governor spring and fuel pin? Oddly enough, the truck runs exactly the same with that bolt broken as it did before. I can't tell any difference at all. I bet a new truck would have thrown about a dozen codes and refused to start lol.
My plans are to crank the power screw in a few turns too. I haven't been able to find any good tutorials on the AFC (plenty of videos out there, but none that are presented in a way that makes sense to me. Amazing how many people make a "tutorial" that has zero information and terrible camera angles). If I get too much smoke from the power screw, do I turn the AFC counter-clockwise or clockwise to reign it in? And is the AFC the cog wheel under the cap where the boost reference line goes, right over top of the fuel pin?
