regen frequency

My 2016 gave me the "Filter Full" again today after taking it to the dealer. But this time, it said region was in process because the filter was 100% full. I've never seen this message since I bought it new.

Yesterday, I drove from my house to the ocean for a wedding which is roughly 3.5 hours of straight driving. Why isn't the truck going into region when I'm at highway speeds?
