Just got back from Oregon where the road crews were tarring/stoning HWY-95. What a mess!! Had that crap every where.

My wife gave me a bottle of "Goo Gone". I think she got it at WalMart?? My wife uses this stuff to remove those glued-on stickers from the store. Have you ever bought a coffe cup and can't get the glued-on price tag off?

This stuff literally melted the the road tar off of my fiberglass and aluminum siding. The front end of my rig looks as good as new and did not damage the finish. Let it soak in for a minute and tar wipes right off. Great stuff!!

Check it out.

ps,. . I am not a salesman nor represent anyone. If I find something that makes life easy for all, I pass it on.

the magic clothe removes road tar too. when you are done simply spary the magic cloth with simple green to remove the road tar from the cloth :)

I kinda think diesel would remove tar??? I might be a little reluctant to use it on fiberglass though... .

Citrus solvent would too, but I'm just looking for an excuse to use the stuff. It smells great!!:D I think this would be OK with fiberglass.

Kerosene, Diesel, Citrus cleaner, WD-40 all will work @ removing tar and bug guts... ... ... Can't comment on the "Magic Cloth" because mine STILL haven't appeared YET... ... ... .

Peace... ... . Out,

Eric
