I have tried several sets, looking for the best performance, the Piaa brand offers two 9004 lamps and both work very well. They are rather expensive, but they offer more light for less watts and don't burn out every time you hit a bump in the road. While replacing the lamps will offer some improvement, the best thing anyone could do is to replace the wiring harness with Summit racings headlight replacement harness. It is very well constructed, offering much heavier wire, and completely by-passing the headlight switch and drawing the power straight from the battery. The harness comes complete and ready to install, just unplug the headlight lamp connectors and plug in the harness. Then connect the 12+ and ground wires to the battery, and mount the two relays. The kit allows the factory headlight switch to operate the relays, which then route the power straight from the battery to the headlights. This simple move adds alot of brightness, it eliminates the small wiring harness the factory uses, and sheds almost all the load from the headlight switch, which is a known trouble source. The kits retail for 39 bucks, and it you have the quad lights you will need two kits. Good luck
