I'm certain once i tear into the job it will all come back pretty quick, shoot had most of it apart to put the harness in for the cab lights the other day. I do agree that the dodge trucks come apart pretty easy, ferds on the other hand.....

Once it is out and on the tailgate. You can swap the upper dash pad out. You will see why you had to pull the dash as the pad mounting screws are impossible to get to with the dash in the truck, even tilted forward.
Hope this helps
I have done so many I know where all the fastners are of course making it much easier than for the guy who will only do one in his lifetime. Having a good selection of tools will help as well.

Have you ever thought of producing a video of the procedure? I'm sure if the price is right, you could sell a bunch. Lots of cracked dashes out there, mine included!!!!!!!!
I am a VERY handy guy. If you are of a mind to, I would appreciate the lowdown on the exact course of fastener removal and manuevers that you use. I'm sure it is not all that difficult... just thought if you knew the shortcuts you could share them with all of us "cracked dash replacement virgins" and save us some wasted time and effort. Thanks!
