replacement tailgate

I want to get one of those grill type metal tailgates for my Ram, does anyone have a company name, or past experience with these things?

I've had several, they all seemed to be good. Go to any RV sales lot , they seem to have the best selection. The 5wheelers used them a lot , with a dip in the middle for the 5wheel/gooseneck mount to pass through.

The first thing I do when I get a new truck is remove the tailgate and stand it in the back corner of the shop. It'll stay there until the truck is sold. In it's place goes my "V" type RV tailgate. I messed up a tailgate and the rear latches on a pickup tailgate back in 1970 and haven't forgotten it. You can get a paintable steel gate or an aluminum one from Camping World.

Any of the flow throughs are great, and if you have it sprayed with linex or rhino when you get your bed sprayed it really looks great.
