Done one, basically use an impact wrench as tight as you can get it. No problems. 400 foot pounds is more than we used, but it has not leaked or given us problems. Ours is behind a v10 1996 3500 DRW, which only gets driven to tow, not an easy life. The guy who told us to tighten it as much as we could repairs truck rear ends for a living at a Ford garage That nut on the yoke was a bear to get off could not get it off manually, took a good impact gun to get it off. The yoke is so tight to the nut I modified a socket to fit (and it was a nice Snap On socket).
