I am going to remove the rear sliding window and install a non-slider. I bought a nice, used rear glass and wondering how tough a job it is. Thanks.

You don't have your signature filled out... if you have the early style slider like my 95, then pulling out the old rear slider is extremely easy. In fact, I pulled mine, then resealed and reinstalled it as it had been leaking. As for a solid window, I have not done the dodge specifially. However, usually you will need a good piece of string to wrap around the window in the groove of the rubber that goes over the edge of the window opening so that you can pull the string out and the rubber goes over the lip. It is a two person job, one to hold the window from the outside and another to pull the string on the inside. Don't pull too hard or you may tear the rubber.

JD, just one quick thing to ask. . . if your truck is a Quad Cab be sure the glass you bought is for a Quad Cab. As I understand it the back windows are not interchangeable between the Club Cab and QC trucks due to differences in the cab (the QC cab is slightly wider).
