Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
I am planning ahead to replace transmission on my 2003 HO 48RE with 180,000 miles. The day will be coming to replace it and I want to plan ahead. I want to upgrade to an exhaust brake and a bullet proof transmission as reliable as the factory build that has the proper electronics to deal with some purported transmission issues associated with running an exhaust brake. I live in Northern Nevada. Where can I source the best possible combination with best value? What exhaust brake is the most trouble and maintenance free? What do you all recommend? Bag the exhaust brake or combo?
