Ya I caught that too. I can hear the service writer now "It's supposed to run rough and all that fuel in your crankcase is in case you run out of fuel in your main tank". Jeez, dumb customers.

I owned a 2001 7. 3L PS F-350 Super Cab 4x4 that I had to bring it back to the dealer several times over a 8-10 month period. The truck went back for a leaking pinion seal (3 times), defective vacuum motor (controls the vents), defective driver's window switch, A/C system (would produce a major thump under the floor when you started the truck w/ the A/C on), weak hydroboost steering system (couldn't turn the wheel more than a 1/4 turn with your foot lightly on the brake pedal) and creaking/squeaking doors (adjusted numerous times by the dealer with luck. Dealer finally said I had to "close the rear quarter doors very hard, using one hand at the top and one at the bottom of the door"). While I loved the color (Toreador Red w/ Medium Parchment leather interior) and the diesel, the problems and the all around poor fit and finish were enough to bring back home the Cummins.

I will stick to my tried and true Cummins thank you... . glad I saw my present truck BEFORE my ordered 03 F450 with the 6. 0 came in..... made the Ford Salesman mad :-{} but I am happy
