I am buying a 1st generation truck as a second vehicle and have a question on raising it's ride heigth. It is a 1 ton dually regular cab and it has 226,000 miles on it so the front end is definitely sagging! I would like to rebuild the front end and install new springs. Has anyone done this and used taller than stock springs to increase ride heigth? If so, what did you do with the rear springs? These springs appear to have a good arch and no sagging so I might consider using blocks. The new body style has a much higher appearance and I definitely like a taller truck. Any help and/or opinions would be appreciated. Thanks!
